The Influcence Of Surgency Of Varicosity Great Saphenus Vein On Primary Deep Vein Valve Insufficiency

Object To evaluate the different curative effect of varicosity surgery only and additional deep vein valve processing of the patients of varicose great saphenus vein accompanying with primary deep vein valve insufficiency (PDVI 1~3 grades) .Method Reviewing summary 56 patients(68 limbs) accorded with standard for selection that were treated in Teaching Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and General hospital of Military Area Command of Jinan from 2000.3 to 2005.2 .These 56 patients all concracted the diease of varicose great saphenus vein accompanying with PDVI.The all limbs were treated with high ligation and ablation of great saphenous vein, ablation of superficial veins and ligation of perforator veins, As testing group, 24 limbs of them added with encircling constriction of venous wall at the first valve of superficial femoral veins, The other 44 limbs were contrasting group.The two groups were both used CEAP clinical scoring and AVP(Ambulatory Venous Pressure) to evaluate the effect of the operation, Compare the curative effect of the two groups after surgency.Result All data after the two groups of skills surgercy were significance different (p<0.05 或 p< 0.01 = .Conlclusion There are certain curative effect of pure surgency of varicosity, but not good as testing group.
