Objective To explores the changes of lower extremity venous pressure before and after operation in patients with primary deep vein valve insufficiency?PDVI?and the effect of body mass index?BMI?on lower extremity venous pressure. Methods A prospective study of 122 cases of PDVI unilateral limb treated with valvular annulation of superficial femoral vein and with high ligation and exfoliation of superficial vein from March 2016 to December 2017 in The second affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University.According to body mass index,63 cases of normal weight group,36 cases of overload group and 23 cases of obesity group. The three groups were measured the static venous pressure?P0?,the minimum venous pressure(Pmin)and the time of pressure rise to P0 90%(RT90)before operation,12 days after operation and half year after operation respectively.122 patients were compared to the healthy side and the affected side of average value of P0,Pminin and RT90,compared to before and 12 days after surgery of average value of P0,Pminand RT90,compared to before and half year after operation of average value of P0,Pminin and RT90.Comparison of P0,Pminand RT90before operation in the three groups,Comparison of P0,Pminand RT90after operation in the three groups. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0statistical software and hade significant difference between the two groups?P<0.05?.Results There were significance difference between healthy and affected limbs in P0,Pminand RT90for 122 patients?t=7.853,t=24.414,t=37.176,P=0.000?.There was no significant difference in P0 between before and 12 days after surgery?t=1.498,P=0.136?,and hade significant difference in Pminand RT90between before and 12 days after surgery?t=13.669,t=25.117,P=0.000?.There was significance difference between before operation and half year after operation in P0,Pminand RT90?t=4.006,t=18.719,t=29.710,P=0.000?.The mean values of P0,Pminand RT90in the three groups were the highest in the obese group, followed by overload group, and the lowest in the normal group. There were significant differences in P0,Pminand RT90in the three groups before operation?F=24.503,F=34.678,F=14.379,P=0.000?.There was no significant difference between the preoperative and postoperative P0 values in the normal BMI group?F=2.903,P=0.057?.There were significant differences in Pminand RT90before and after operation in the normal BMI group?F=178.177,F=315.763,P=0.000?.There were significant differences in the mean value of P0,Pminand RT90before and after operation in patients with overload group?F=3.301,F=100.323,F=185.439,P<0.05?.There were significant differences in the mean value of P0,Pminand RT900 before and after operation in obese group?F=6.175,F=61.797,F=134.316,P<0.05?.Conclusion ?1?The curative effect of PDVI patients was confirmed by shallow-femoral vein valvular constriction combined with high ligation and exfoliation of superficial vein. After operation,Pmin decreased significantly and RT90 was significantly prolonged, venous hypertension and congestion of lower extremity were corrected.?2?BMI had a great influence on the venous pressure of lower extremity in PDVI patients before operation.?3?The Pminwas significantly decreased and RT90was significantly prolonged in three groups with different BMI.
