The Clinical And Theory Study Of Rouse Yang-qi Method On Depression

Based on systematically review of past dynasties and tutor's many years clinical experience,integrate with Traditional Chinese Medicine theory , we put forward the theory that yang-qi blocks, nutrient qi and defensive qi discordance, mind malajustment are the main pathogenesis of the depression.Thus the therapeutic principle should be rouse yang-qi and relieve uneasiness of body and mind. In clinical study ,28 patients with depression were diagnostic standard of depression of CCMD-â…¢ and DSM-â…£.They took yishen decoction.The clinical result showed that total effective rate was 71.43% and 89.29% in clinical symptoms.The effect of the patients was that low-grade better than middle-grade and middle-grade better than high-grade. In a word ,we have a evident effect in curing the patients with the method that rouse yang-qi and relieve uneasiness of body and mind . The research supplied a new way of the treatment of depression.
