Objective:To observe the clinic effect of the integration of traditional and western medicine in curing PHL,to analyze the infection of all factors to prognosis, and to discuss the infection to transfer correlation gene of liver cancer cell out of body about three kinds of liquids:Shenmai zhusheye,Elemene emulsion zhusheye and Compound kushen zhusheye.Method:All cases were treated by statistic.To observe the effect of three kinds of injection to the expression of cell of liver cancer out of body BEL-7402 in MTT, to check the infection about CD44V6 and nm23' expression using FCM.Resolute:There is no evident difference between the two troops in the sufferering rate:half a year and one year;but there are different degree's infection both in the surviving rate:grade of liver function,form of portal vein burl bolt,clinic stages,AFP and hepatocirrhosis;all injections have repressing action to the burl out of body, elemene Emulsion has most;can restrain CD44V6's expression,promote nm23's expression, notable difference can be seen.Conclusion:It is available in curing PHL using the integration of traditional and western medicine,and traditional medicine can have the synthesize action.
