| The article develop the compound prescription of Chinese medicine on treating migraine—xiongzhi dropping pill,and make the systemical research on it.By making the content of ferulic acid and the ratio of distilling as index,and select the suited condition of supercritical fluid extraction of Rhizoma Chuanxiong by homogeneous design,make the extracting pressure is 24Mpa,extracting temperature is 60℃,resolving pressure is 5Mpa,and resolving temperature is 65℃.Making the content of imperatorin , coumarin, rutecarpine and alkaloid as index,select the suited condition of ethonal extraction of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Fructus Evodiae by orthogonality test,to ensure 6 times 70% ethanol,circumfluence distilling 2 times and 1.5 hours every time.By orthogonality test select the suited condition of moulding technics of dropping pill,make the scale of medicine and radicle is l:3,the scale of PEG4000 and PEG6000 is 1:1,the temperature of drugs is 85℃,the speed of droping is 60d/min.Identify the herbs of preparation by TLC,and the content of ferulic acid of active ingredients in Rhizoma Chuanxiong is determined and its research methodology is reviewed by HPLC.Establish the quality standards.By observing the elementary stability of prescription,the results indicate that the stability of prescription is good.By the elementary pharmacodynamics research,the results indicate that the prescription can clearly ease pain,decrease the times of distortedness of rats,prolong the time of appearance of distortedness and the pain threshold of the hot board induced,decrease the times of independent activity of rats, has obviously action of easing pain and has opposed action to the contraction of unorganized fundus artery induced by noradrenalin and 5-HT in mice brain detailed from body.
