| Yinaokangning dropping pill consist of 7 kind of Chinese medicinal herbs,including Radix Astragali, Radix Panacis, Radix Notginsen,Hirudo,Fructus Corni,Pheretima and Eupolyphada seu Stelophaga .Firstly mainly study the extractive techology of raw material .As for the extraction of Hirudo and Pheretima, making the content of protein as evaluating indication, through orthogonal-designed method, selecting the optimized extracting conditions.The other five kind of herbs is extracted by 70% ethanol.Secondly studied the moulding technics of dropping pill. Select the suited conditions by orhthogonal experiment.The temperature of drugs is 70℃, the scale of medicine and radicle is 1:1.5. Then established the quality standard. Radix Notginsen, Fructus Corni and Pheretima is identified by TLC. Astragaloside is determined by HPLC-ELSD. After the methodology is tested, it is proved that the method is reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yinaokangning droping pill.Finally the stability of Yinaokangning dropping pill is studied. According to the technique gudiance of Chinese medicines research, test the pills mainly from the appearance, identification, the content of determination. the pills is stable in the present testing period.
