Objective:1. To detect the expression of VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines of ES2 and 3A0 .2. To evaluate antiangiogenesis effect of endostatin and a peptide , RRKRRR .conjugated with VEGF on nude mice burdened-tumor of ES2 .Methods:1. To observe the expression of VEGF in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines of ES2 and 3A0 by Immunocytochemistry and Western blot .2. To establish the nude mice model with subcutaneous implantation tumor and assess the inhibition of endostatin and RRKRRR against the subcutaneous implantation tumor of nude mice .3. To detect the expressions of VEGF, F1t1, F1k1, CD31 in implantation tumor tissues of nude mice by Immunohistochemistry .4. To measure the VEGF value in serum of nude mice by ELISA . Results:1. VEGF was expressed both in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines of ES2 and 3A0 . In particular , only VEGF165 was detected in 3A0 . VEGF121 and VEGF165 were detected in ES2 with the latter much higher .2. Both of endostatin and RRKRRR can inhibit significantly the growth of implantation tumor and the metastasis of lymph nodes in nude mice .3. No significant difference was obtained in survival among the endostatin/peptide group, DDP group and NS group by Kaplan-Merier .4. There was no difference among VEGF, Fltl and Flkl in implantation...
