Objective:To explore the affection of cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation technique in acute cerebral infarction patients' abnormal movement pattern.Methods: 126 cerebral infarction patients were adopted,who were randomly devided into cluster needle of scalp point group,rehabilitation group,cluster needle of scalp oint with rehabilitation technique group and medicine control group.SIAS,ADL,Nerve function and clinical effect assessment were used.Results:1.SIAS assessment: cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation technique group,cluster needle of scalp point group and rehabilitation group were more superior than control group(P<0.05).2.ADL assessment: cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation technique group,cluster needle of scalp point group and rehabilitation group were more superior than control group(P<0.05).There is no difference among cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation technique group,cluster needle of scalp point group and rehabilitation group(P>0.05). 3.Nerve function assessment: cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation technique group,cluster needle of scalp point group and rehabilitation group were more superior than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation technique is an effective therapy.It can improve abnormal movement pattern of the cerebral infarction patients.
