Objective The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of the cluster needling of scalp point on the regeneration of cerebral neural cells in rats after cerebral infarction,and to investigate whether the cluster needling of scalp point affects the proliferation and differentiation of the neural stem cells through the regulation of microenvironment in the ischemic area.The mechanism of the cluster needling of scalp point on the recovery of cerebral infarction was investigated in order to propose a new treatment for the neural injury after cerebral infarction.Measure Improved Longa method was introduced to prepare the model of middle cerebral artery ocelusion in rats.Male wistar rats were randomly divided into the cluster needling of scalp point group,the control model group and the sham group.The rats in the cluster needling of scalp point group received cluster needling of scalp point on the parietal parts and retaining needles for 30 minutes,while the control model group received no treatment.Behavior scores of each group were recorded on the 1st,3rd,7th, 14thand 21stdays after the operation and five rats of each group were sacrificed to remove their brain.Morphocytology was observed under the light microscope,and the immunohistochemical method was introduced to detect the expression of NogoA around the cerebral infarction focus.Result 1.Behavior scores on the 7th,14thand 21stdays in the cluster needling of scalp point group are much better than those on the 1stand 3rd days(P<0.05),and are much better than the control model group(P<0.05).2.The expression of Nogo-A positive cells on 1st,3rdand 7thdays in the cluster needling of scalp point group and the control model group become improving and is much better than the sham group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).But the cluster needling of scalp point group is significant than the control model group(P>0.05).Nogo-A positive cells can be detected increased around the cerebral infarction focus on the 14thdays both in the cluster needling of scalp point group and the control model group.The expression of NogoA in the cluster needling of scalp point group is lower than that in the control model group,and there is statistical difference between them(P<0.05).After the 21thday,the expression of NogoA become declining both in the cluster needling of scalp point group and the control model group.But The cluster needling of scalp point group become significantly declining(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster needling of scalp point can significantly improve neural functions in the rats with cerebral infarction.Its mechanism may be reducing the ischemia-reperfusion injury by suppressing the early expression of NogoA around the cerebral infarction focus.Enables the cell to leave the regeneration,sprout Nerve cells,Promote the development of neural networks.
