Object: In order to provide morphologic basis for the treatment ofthe forearm trauma and transplantation of the muscular flap; research the significance in the treatment of convulsive celebral palsy. A self-pro portion localization study on the muscular branches of the median nerve, ulnar nerve and radial nerve.Methode: 32 forearms from skeletally mature embalmed cadavers and4 forearms from fresh cadavers were filled with red latex through axilary respectively and dissected to observe the anatomical features of muscular banches in the forearm. The number of branches enter the muscules was counted and the following measurements were performed along median nerve, ulnar nerve and radial nerve and branches with a caliper(accurate to 0.1mm):distances from the origin point and muscle entry point of the mark point corresponding. Data were pooled among all specimens (n=36) to calculate mean and standard devation. Muscular banches in every segment location and region location were statisticsed and analysised .Result:1. There are 19 block muscles in the forearm. 36 forearm have 1353 muscular banches in all. From first to fourth segment location have 704> 861,379,84 muscular banches segment, have 474,374,155, 38 muscular banches in anterior nest and 230,487,224,46 in back nest.2. Muscular banches of median nerve as following: pronator teres 87, flexor carpi radialis 38, palmaris longus 36, flexor digitoru superficialis 100, flexor digitorum profundus 126, flexor pollicis longus 105, pronator quadratus 36.3. Muscular banches of ulnar nerve as following: flexor carpi ulnar is 102, flexor digitorum profundus 44.4. Muscular banches of radial nerve as following: brachioradilis 55, extensor carpi radialis longus 68, extensor carpi radialis brevis 38, extensor digitorum 103, extensor digiti minimi 41, extensor carpi ulnaris 82, supinator 105, abductor pollicis brevis 46, extensor pollicis brevis 39, extensor pollicis longus 43, extensor indicis 44.Conclusion:1. Muscular banches enter the muscles in the forearm are near the nerve trunks. The enter point of muscular banches are concentration on superior and middle location in fusiform muscle but distribute to superior, middle and lower location averagely in wide and long muscle.2. From the first to the fourth segment location .anterior nest muscular branches located intensively in the first and the second segment and post-nest muscular branches located intensively in the second segment of forearm relatively, next is the first and third segment. According to these findings, pay attention to the dangerous segments of the muscular branches in repair the trauma.3. The result demonstrated that the single-branch pattern are the most common in the muscular branches raised from the Flexor carpi radialis, Palmaris longus , Extensor carpi radialis brevis , Extensor digiti minimi, Extensor pollicis longus, Extensorpollicis brevis, Extensor pollicis longus and Extensor indicis .They must be avoided hurt. Flexor digitorum superficialis, Flexor pollicis longus, Flexor carpi ulnaris, Brachioradilis Extensor carpi radialis longus, Extensor digitorum and Extensor carpi ulnaris are controlled by multi-branch, Flexor digitorum profundus is controlled by two nerves. Their muscular branches are suitable for the transplant of the muscular flap with neurovascular pedicle .Although Pronator quadratus only has a single-branch , it also suitable for...
