The blood selenium content can reflect the present selenium level of human body. It has been the standard to apprise the selenium state of human.Selenium content is so varied in different environment that the blood selenium contents differ from area. Detecting the blood content has the reality meaning for improving Se-dificient environment and preventing local disease.There is a narrow Se-deficient area which passes through seventeen provinces from northeast to southwest in China. So we succeed in developping a series of Se-rich agricultural products such as Se-rich grain, Se-rich vegetable,Se-rich fruit, Se-rich egg and Se-rich chicken. At the same time we gave the result and analyst.Supplementing with selenium has become the important method to prevent disease and treat disease.The methods are diversified, inorganic Selenium and organic Selenium are used generally. Selenium in food stuff Exist in Se-aminophenol.Compare with inorganic Selenium, Se-aminoph-enol has high organism vitality,it can be absorbed easily.So organicSelenium will be the inevitable tendency instead of inorganic Selenium.
