The objective of the research was to study the seperation of AAP and whether the AAP had the bioactive effect on antiaging and regulating blood lipids. In the experiment of antiaging we choosed healthy animals. Each weight was 20 ± 2g.72 mice were randomly assigned to six groups, with 12 replications per group. The six groups were one control group, one aging model group, one V_E control group, and three experiment groups. D-galactose was used to build aging model.Mice of experimental groups were perfused by three dose of AAP everyday. They were killed by extirpating eyeballs after 35 days. Serum, liver and brain were separated to determine biochemical parameters. Immune organs were collected such as spleen and thymus.Another set of mice were adopt in the study of blood lipid. Each weight was 20 ± 2g.72 mice were randomly assigned to six groups, with 12 replications per group. The six groups were one control group, one Hyperlipoidemia model group, one Zhibituo control group, and three experiment groups. The high-fat feedstuff was used to build Hyperlipoidemia model. The time of the experiment was 35 days. After killing all of the mice by extirpating eyeballs, serum was separated to measure the blood lipid parameters. Results showed that weights of immune organs of mice and the thymus index in the experimental groups increased than those in the aging model group (P<0.05). Although the increasing of spleen index was not marked (P>0.05 ), the increasing trend was obvious. The effect of AAP on activity of SOD in liver showed that, there was very significant difference observed between middle dose group, high dose group and aging model group (P<0.01), and significant difference between high dose group and aging model group (P<0.05) .And the middle dose group was best and there was very significant difference observed (P<0.01). The effect of AAP on activity of SOD in serum and in brain showed that, there was significant difference observed between middle dose group and aging mode group (P<0.05), however, no significant difference observed among other groups. The effect of AAP on activity of GSH-PX in serum showed that, there was very significant difference observed between middle dose group and aging model group (P<0.01), and significant difference between high, middle doze groups and aging model group (P<0.05). The effect of AAP on activity of GSH-PX in liver showed that, there was very significant difference observed between high, middle doze groups and aging model group (P<0.01), and significant differencebetween high, low dose groups and aging model group (P<0.05).The effect of AAP on content of MDA in serum showed that, there was very significant difference observed between middle dose group, low dose group and aging model group (P<0.01).Three doses of AAP could decrease concentrations of TC, TG and LDL-C significantly, and increase the concentration of HDL-C significantly (P <0.05 or P<0.01) in the experiment of regulating blood lipid. There was extremely significant difference observed between middle dose group, low dose group and hyperlipoidemia model group (P<0.01) in decreasing concentrations of TC, TG and increasing the concentration of HDL-C. There was extremely significant difference observed between low dose group and hyperlipoidemia model group (P<0.01) in decreasing the concentration of TGTwo conclusions could be drew. First, there was significant effect of APP on antiaging through immune and biochemical researchs. Second, blood lipid was effectly regulated by APP.
