Clinical Study On Hemostasis Effect Of Yiqi Zhixue Decoction In Treating Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding In The Perimenopausal Period

Objective: To explore systematically the hemostasis effect and the principle of Yiqi Zhixue Decoction (YQZXD) in treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) in the perimenopausal period. Method: 60 patients were divided randomly into test group (30 cases, treated with YQZXD) and control group (30 cases, treated with GBZBD). Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment. Meanwhile the levels of the hemostasis effect, the improvements of clinical symptoms, the density of uterine mucosa, platelet volume distribution amplitude (PDW) and mean platelet volume (MPV) and Hb were measured. Results: YQZXD could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously and the total effective rate was 86.67%.The difference was significant compared to control group. The clinical symptoms, the density of uterine mucosa, the level of PDW, MPV, and Hb were improved. Compared to that of the pre-therapy, the difference was significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and the difference was significant compared to control group(P<0.05). It showed that the efficiency of test group was significant superior to that of control group. Conclusion: YQZXD is an effective recipe in treating DUB in the perimenopausal period. The effect may be achieved through the operation of promoting the uterine contractility, and the blood coagulation system.
