| Objective: The research is to study the relative specificity and the clinical effect of Neiguan (PC6) point Treat Premature beats comparing with that of Xuanzhong(GB39). Methods: 60 cases of patients , 10 of those were rejected and the others were randomly divided into two groups according to the demands of the standardization of the research of clinical diagnosis and therapy technique. 30 cases belong to Neiguan group as treatment group and the other 20 cases belong to Xuanzhong group as control group. Public experimental method was used and 24 holter were performed. The data obtained were analyzed by statistical methods to compare the therapeutic effect of Neiguan point on premature beats with that of Xuanzhong point. Results: Therapeutic effect on premature beats ,Neiguan point is superior to Xuanzhong point. Conclusion: The Neiguan point has specificity to treat premature beats contrast to Xuanzhong point . The results could provide scientific experimental basis for standardizing the indications of acupoints and clinically choosing acupoints.
