| The systemic studies of Kuijieping Granule, a new drug for the treatment of colonitis, were made in this paper. The optimal methods of the extraction of fried Radix Pulsatillae, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Radix Pulsatillae with ethanol, the extraction of volatile oils in fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Fructus Amomi and Radix Aucklandiae and the extraction of Radix Astragali, Radix Glycyrrhizae and the residues after the extraction of volatile oils with water were selected by L9(34) orthogonal design. The conditions of making the inclusion of the volatile oil with β-CD were also optimized by L9(34) orthogonal design. The preparation technique of this granule was studies finally. The quality criterion was established according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The identification method of fried Radix Pulsatillae, fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Fructus Amomi Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Radix Glycyrrhizae was established by TLC, respectively. The content of Astragaloside IV in this granule was assayed by TLCS method. The stability and the pharmacological effects of this granule were also tested and the results showed that this granule is stable, safe and effective. |
