Study On ZIANYINU Pill Prevent And Trent ABO Maternal- Fetal Blood Group Incompatibility Hemolytic Disease

The ABO Maternal- Fetal Blood Group Incompatibility was 96% of the newborn hemolytic disease, was the common reason of high bilirubin blood , easly brung to the bad pregnanly .The sickness is important to prerent and treat .The west medicine is no way to the disease,but our east medicine take advantage at the sickness.In the case of the dinical experience,the reasen of the fallill sum up wet ,hot ,and bruise.the keypoint is kidney virtul.We used the way of replenishing kidney .Eliminating hot and wet ,activating blood and bruise ,we studed out ZIANYIMU pill .We used the medicine to prevent and treat 102 case patience of ABO Maternal-Fetal blood group incompatibility hemolytic disease .The all efficiency to bring down the blood type antibody was 83.3%,while in the contrd group it was 64.3%(p<0.01). In the observal group misbirth was 1.9%,7% newborn child's earlyer jandile in stage ,5% heary hemdytic Jandile in stage,5% higher bilirubin in navel-blood and 7% hemolytic disease of newborn .It was lower than the control group (8.2%, 16.7%, 14.4%, 15.6%, 16.7%) p<0.05.The result of ucute poison labor was that the noxious of ZIANYIMU pill is little ,safty is high .Condusion: ZIANYIMU pill is ideal medicine to prevent and treat ABO hemolytic disease of newborn .There is advantage of curative effect ,little virulence ,dosen and carried convenience .It be worth study and extend application.
