Objective To summarize the successful experience of LC 317 cases without biliary trcat injury ;To study the prevention of the bile duct injury caused by LC. Methods The clinical data of 317 cases performed by LC from 1996 to 2005 were retrospective analysed,including 217 cases of gallbladder gallstone with chronic cholecystitis(including 32 cases of gallstone impacted in cystic duct, 16 cases of gallbladder gallstone with atrophy gallbladder,12 cases of gallstone were full of in gallbladder with cholecystitis);18 cases of acute cholecystitis;59 cases of gallbladder polyps; 13 cases of gallbladder gallstone with polyps;10 cases of simple chronic cholecystitis. Results LC was successfully performed on 308 cases ,9 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy, 4 cases had abdominal pain within 1-3 days after operation, and were confirmed biliary fistula by B ultrasound, 3 cases were treated by conservative therapy (1 case was punctured and drained under B ultrasound), 1 case was performed exploratory laparotomy,and was confirmed that the titanium clip fell off the remnants of the cystic duct,and was cured after...
