The occurrence rate of macrovascular complications in diabetic groups is higher than non-diabetic crowds, and the average age of patients is younger, the development couse of disease is rapid. It is an important reason which cause the death of type 2 diabetes. In forepart of the disease couse, there are no availability ,simple ,convenient and widespread examination means to diagnose them. Untill the illness had developed to unreversion phases, and many therapies had no effect when the patients had distinct complications. Life quality of the patients was depressed, and their economic burden was aggravating. Thus, it was important to discuss a diagnosis means which could discover the macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetes patients economically and availably. Microalbuminuria: a excretion of some albumen in urine is hoist in sub-clinic, they are difficult to inspect with general qualitative and quantitative means. Microalbuminuria could apply to test the function state of vessel. A series of examination items which could reflect the function state of kidney were found in basic and clinical investigation later, they were called microalbuminuria series. The items of microalbuminuria which could be inspect in clinic presently: Microalbuminuria (MAU), alpha-1–microglobulin (a1-MG), transferin (TRU), beta2-microglobulin(β2-MG), Urine IgG, alexin C3, retinol binding protein (RBP) and so on. Some investigations included that microalbminuria not only delegated the damage of endothelial function of kidney globule, but also was an important sign of endothelial dysfunction of vessel all of the body. The relationship of microalbuminia(MAU) and macrovascular complications was regarded increasingly lately. Clinical epidemic data indicate that MAU appeared in 20% to 40% of type 2 diabetes patients, and these patients mainly died from cardiovascular and brainvascular events. It explained that MAU might be an independent risk factor of macrovascular complications in diabetes patients, it was important to carry more investigations. We monitored the 126 patients who came to incretion department in the Third Medical College of JiLin University during 2002 to 2005, and inspected their blood glucose, blood lipid, microalbuminuria, blood pressure, cardiogram and lower limbs artery ultrasonic examination, with the clinic behave, the diagnosis of hypertension disease, coronary heart disease and lower limbs arteriosclerosis could be definituded. The diabetes patients were divided into MAU group and NMAU group according to positive or negative of MAU, the MAU group was divided into two groups according to the content of urin protein: microalbuminuria group and clinic proteinuria group. These patients were divided into coronary heart disease group, hypertension disease group, brain-vessel pathological changes group and lower limb arteriosclerosis group. We analyzed the occurrence rate of MAU and difference in every group. Computation data was expressed by , count data was expressed by masculine cases and rate. We analyzed theaverage difference through t test, the rate difference through X2 test. In this investigation, the content of MAU in natural range is 56 cases, in 20mg/l to 200mg/l is 51 cases, beyond 200mg/l is 19 cases, the occurrence rate of microalbuminuria was 55.6%, which exceeded other investigation results in our country (40% around); The result showed that, the occurrence rate of MAU was 57.4% in women diabetes patients, beyond 53.8% in men patients, but there were no statistics meaning between them; age and course of disease had notable pertinence with MAU, MAU could develop to clinical proteinuria along with the increase of age and the extending of course. Compared every group, the change of FBG had no statistic difference; the P2hBG, the serum TG, the serum CHOL in MAU 1 and 2 group had different pertinence compared to control group, but the pertinence was very tiny between MAU1 group and MAU2 group; the BMI in MAU1 group had pertinence with microalbuminuria. Upward results prompt that the P2hPG, the serum TG, the serum CHOL, BMI was respectively independence risk factor of microalbuminuria, but FBG had no obvious relation to it. The occurrence rate of macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetes patients with MAU increased distinctly, especially distinctness in hypertensive subjects, lower limbs arteriosclerosis subjects(P<0.01), the occurrence rate of hypertension and coronary heart disease in clinical proteinuria group had no distinct difference with in microalbuminuria group, lower limbs arteriosclerosis in clinical proteinuria group had pertinence...
