The Expression Of Adrenomedullin And Microvessel Density In Uterine Leiomyoma And The Research Of Their Correlation

[Objective] To investigate the expressions and of adreno-medullin (ADM) and microvessel density ( MVD) and their correlations in uterine leiomyoma , and their correlations with clinical parameters to definite the clinical significance of ADM in the development of leiomyoma uteri . [Methods] Expression of ADM and MVD ( labeled by CD34 ) of both the leiomyoma group and the control group were detected by immunohisto-chemistry SP methods . 28 cases with leiomyoma undergone hysterectomy in the whole year of 2004 were choosed as the research cases, and 15 cases as the control who received the operations for cervical intraepithelial neoplasm III . [Results] The positive expression of ADM in the endometrium of the control group is 15.56%, and in the myometium is 8.89 %. In the leiomyoma-group, the expression of ADM is 25.00% in the endometrium, and 35.71% in the leiomyoma tissue, and 60.71% in the myometium .
