[Objective] The study aims to expolre the state of bleeding and coagualation in asphyxiated mature newborns and the difference of those with premature infants, subsequently offers the theoretical foundation that would be helpful to intervene for clinic abnormal blood coagulation alike in early days and to prevent condition progress .[Methods] Samples of vein blood 1.8ml fetched from all asphyxiated infants and normal newborns in the first 12 hours of life using the single-use syringe, were injected into the test tubes with 2% sodium citrate to mix fully , and examined PT , APTT , Fg, D-D with Japan's Model SYSMEXca-7000 blood solidify instrument; The tip blood were fecthed to check the blood platelet counts with Model SYSMEXxe blood cell's analysis instrument on the first day of life.[Results] 1 Compared with controls ,every index showed that PT , APTT , Fg varied slightly ; D-D obviously rose, PLT declined, the difference had statistics meanings in the group of severely suffocated mature infants . Severely suffocated mature infants with slightly suffocated mature infants ,every index showed that PT , APTT, Fg, PLT varied slightly; D-D rose, the difference had statistics meanings. Slightly suffocated mature infants with contrast group ,every index showed that D-D rose , the difference has statistics meanings ,and the rest had no change.2 Severely suffocated premature newborns with severely suffocated...
