Objective:To observe the synteresis protection of Jingfang Sinisan on liver damage and the investigation of mechanism. Methods:Mice model of liver damage was established by pouring lithocholic acid. Check out tile serum level of alanine ammotransferase(ALT), asparti acid ammotransferase (AST), maleic dialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathion(GSH), and observe the pathology variance of hepatic tissue, lithocholic acid can strengthen the rate of masccline expression of hepatic tissue; sinisan can depress the rate of masccline expression of hepatic tissue of mice by pouring lithocholic acid. Results:Sinisan obviously reduced the liver damage induced by lithocholic acid,decreased the plasma a concentration of ALT,AST and MDA,it also increased an decrease in SOD and GSH. Conclusion:Sinisan has remarkable effects on liver protection,it also shows that Sinisan used mitong obviously decrease AST,MDA and Sinisan Jianji obviously decrease ALT. the liver protection of Sinisan may come true through depress the expression of bax-protein and decrease hepatocellular apoptosis.
