Objective By using the complementary law of spleen and kidney to intervene in the trend of expression and implication of CTGF with protein overload in Sprague-Dawley rats, we investigate the mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in preventing and treating the chronic glomerulonephritis and renal interstitial fibrosis. Methods To create the Adriamycin-Induced Nephronic Syndrome models by injecting Adriamycin in male S-D rats, After fifteen days when their hyperazoturia is obvious, randomly set up black comparison rats group, model rats group, medicine comparison (Benazepril) infused group, the low , the middling and high lethal dosage Chinese medicine infused group. The rats of treating groups were affused in the corresponding medicine, the other were affused in the same volume water. In this month, they were tested uric protein ration of twenty-four hours, blood CREA and BUN once a week. All rats were killed after thirty days, extirpated the left kidneys, fixation, observed the pathological transformation of renal...
