| Objective: To observe the difference of CTGF and TNF-αexpression in patients with chronic renal failure to provide an objective basis for TCM clinical syndrome differentation. Methods:The selection of patients with primary glomerular disease(CRF CKD3, 4),syndrome differentiation is empirical and deficiency of the 36 cases of patients were of similar age,20 healthy volunteers as control group. For cases that met the inclusion and selected the second day morning specimens from 10 ml of urine and fasting venous blood 5ml,the third day began to collect urine volume in 24 hours, the fourth day record in patients with urinary and inspection urine mixed 5ml.In this test,ELISA detection of blood, urinary CTGF,TNF-αexpression values, biochemical method measured renal function and blood urea nitrogen index, dry chemical method for the determination of quantitative urinary protein in 24 hours, with the MDRDformula calculated glomerular filtration rate. Results: CRF wet the expression of CTGF and TNF-α in turbidity and blood stasis syndrome group, serum and urine were higher than those in control group, P < 0.01, but the wet muddy blood stasis group, serum CTGF, TNF-α expression compared with the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome group increased significantly, P < 0.01; urine in the two groups no difference compared,P > 0.05.Conclusion: The expression of CTGF and TNF-α in the serum of patients with chronic renal failure was significantly higher than that of the deficiency of the serum of the patients with chronic renal failure. |
