Expression Of BC047440 Gene In Multiplicate Malignant Tumor Tissues And Its Significance

Objective to study the mRNA expression of BC047440 gene in multiplicate malignant tumor tissues and investigate the role of BC047440 gene in the carcinogenesis and development of malignant tumors. Methods 48 cases of malignant tumor and their corresponding adjacent non-cancerous tissues were examined for mRNA expression levels of BC047440 gene by semi-quantitative polymerase chain reaction after reverse transcription(RT-PCR). Results 1,the mRNA expression of BC047440 gene in carcinoma of liver,stomach,bile duct and large intestine were higher than that in their adjacent non-cancerous tissues(P<0.05). BC047440 gene were highly expressed in both glioma and its adjacent tissues(P>0.05),and it's poorly expressed in both breast carcinoma and its adjacent tissues(P>0.05).2,there was close relationship between BC047440 gene expression and clinicopathologic findings of liver cancer,including tumor size and portal vein invasion(P<0.05).3,there was close relationship between BC047440 gene expression and different clinical stages in alimentary canal cancers(P<0.05). Conclusion 1,BC047440 gene may be related with the carcinogenesis and development of some malignant tumors probably by overexpression.2,The expression of BC047440 gene may be related to the growth, infiltration and metastasis of malignant tumors.
