Transmyocardial laser revascularization(TMLR), which creates holes in the lack blood area of myocardium by laser to improve the state of myocardial ischemic through leading the blood to it , achieves the purpose of therapy. The experiments discovered that laser creates holes would produce thermal injury to some extent to the tissues around holes, and the degree of thermal injury would have the effect on therapy directly. So understanding and mastering the interaction rules of laser and myocardium tissues, and looking for the relation between thermal damage and laser parameters have significant meaning to the clinical application of TMLR; it also has referenced values to the studies on biomedicine and photonics.First, the paper has made some studies on the mechanism of TMLR and making holes in myocardium by the interaction disciplinarian of laser and myocardium tissue. The laser used for simulation according on the requirement of TMLR is chosen.Last, computer simulation study of the interaction disciplinarian of laser and myocardium tissue has been made by using computer simulate experiment study method. The rule of Monte Carlo method is described in detail at first. And convolution and Monte Carlo method are connected. We discussed the effect that absorption coefficient μ_a , scattering coefficient μ_s and the anisotropy of scattering g have on laser photons transmission and distribution in myocardium. A number of quantitative calculation and analysis is also included in the area of our research. With convolution, Monte Carlo Method is more flexibly used to simulate the interaction between myocardium tissues with different types of incident light, and also make simulation work more practically meaning. Some attempts have been made on TMLR with computer simulation technology. These attempts would provide referenced values to the studies on digital virtual somatology which is wildly being developed at present and the theory of laser biomedicine. And it also provides for the clinical application of TMLR.
