On the basis of theory and experiment of traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis of AD to be toconsidered of asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality .Deficiency in origin is a result of damage of kidney-essence and insufficiency of vital energy and blood.Asthenia in superficiality is a resultof turbid phlegm blocking the clear orifices and stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis .The treatments of trADitional Chinese medicine are to invigorate the kidney, advantage the marrow, promoting blood flow,to dissolve blood stasis, wash away the phlegm and communicate FU-organ. These treatments are to reflect the feature of determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs。The research validate the change of CHAT,BDNF in AD and observed the effects of TIANSIYIN on CHAT,BDNF.Through the experiment we also found that TIANSIYIN can notably increase the cell population of CHAT,BDNF.The research provid a new way to treat AD with traditional Chinese medicine.
