Research About Early Diabetic Nephropathy With Tangshenling

Object: the object of the study is to observe the effect of Chinese medicine Tangshenling which can increase function of the spleen and kidney, remove blood stasis for Diabetic Nephropathy through clinical and experimental research, meanwhile to study the mechanism. Methods and result:1.Clinical research: 70 concerned model patients of early diabetic nephropathy are observed for comparation with 2 months as a course of treatment. The observing index is clinical symptom,blood fat,blood sugar, HbA1C ,UAER,Urine β₂MG. 2.The result show that Tangshenling could evidently not only improves the symptom of early DN patients but also decrease blood fat,blood sugar, UAER,Urine, HbA1C as well as Urineβ₂--MG. 2 experimental research:made by single abdominal cavity injection,30 rats are divided randomly divided to model comparation group,treatment group,positive group to observe the TGFβ₁,MCP-1, UAER, blood fat, blood sugar. It show Tangshenling could evidently decrease the blood sugar,HbA1c,blood fat of DN rats as well as TGFβ₁,MCP-1 . Conclusion: Tangshenling could evidently decrease the blood sugar,HbA1c,blood fat of DN patients and rats. .Conclusion: Tangshenling could evidently improves the high blood sugar,high blood fat of the early DN patients and rats,decrease TGFβ₁,MCP-1 ,UAER , protect kidney function which proves tangshenling is remedy for early DN and worthful for further research.
