Efficiency Of Invigorating The Kidney And Acttivating Blood Methods In Treating Early Diabtic Nephropathy

ObjectiveThrough analysising the change of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, serum lipid, C-reactive protein(CRP), urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), liver and renal function, blood coagulation function before and after the treatment, To improve the effectivness of the Invigorating the Kidney and Activating Blood methods in treating early diabetic nephropathy.MethodsBy using the method of random control research, accoding to western medicine of early diabetic nephropathy diagnostic criteria and TCM kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome diagnostic criteria,60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected as the research object, randomly divided into he treatment group (30 cases) and control 1 group(30 cases). Two groups were treated by approriate exercise, control diet,control blood pressure, control blood sugar. The treatment group were additionally applied by Invigorating The Kidney and Activating Blood traditional Chinese medicine. After 2 months, we collect the datas of kidney and blood stasis of TCM symptoms and lab indexes of two groups, to evaluate the effect of Invigorating the Spleen and the Kidney and Acttivating Blood Methods in Treating Early Diabtic Nephropathy.Results1. Comparing the clinical curative effect of the treatment group and the control group, the total effective rates of the treatment is better than the control group (P< 0.05).2. The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). 3. The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).4. Blood glucose glycosylated hemoglobin had been decreased in both two groups after therapy(P<0.05), but no significant difference in both groups(P> 0.05).5. Total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein have been decreased in both of two groups after therapy, the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).6. The two groups patients before and after treatment were effective in reducing proteinuria, and the treatment group is better than the controlled group (P< 0.05).7. The level of plasma CRP was significantly decreased in treatment group after therapy (P<0.05), the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).8. After receving the treatment, the change of the plasma level of fibrinogen in the treatment group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05).9. After receving the treatment, there was no significant change in the hepatic and renal function-.coagulation function between both groups (P>0.05). During the treatment, both the two groups of patients had no side effect.ConclusionApplying the methods of Invigorating the Kidney and Activating Blood, it can significantly improve the clinical symptom of early diabetic nephropathy patients with lower urinary protein quantity and without blood coagulation function, liver and kidney function damage.
