| Objective: To investigate the change direction of reasons toward premature and the effects on maternal and neonatal. Methods: 947 cases of premature maternal were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The incidence of premature was 9.6%. The main reason of premature was pregnancy complication,But there were member of it was unclear.The main reason of premature was placenta factor in 1998, 1999 was gestation hypertension and 2000 to 2003 was twins. Premature rupture of membrane was ascend by 3% annually, gestation hypertension was 14%,twins was 15% and breech was 7%.Placenta factor was descend by 11% annually,unclearreason and ICP were 4%.neonatal asphyxiation induced by twins was ascend with 36%, induced by breech and ICP and unclearreason was descend with different rate. Neonatal demise induced by premature rupture of membrane and twins was ascend with 11%, induced by gestation hypertension and breech and unclearreason was descend with different rate.premature rate was ascend with 13% in six year. Neonatal asphyxiation and demise brought on cecerion section was under vagina labor.Conclusion: The ultimate measure to prevent and therapy premature and reduce neonatal ill outcome were to extend gestation age and accelerate fetal lung mature ,so we can improve survival ability of abortive baby. |
