Onychomycosis is an infectious disease, infected by fungi, which is chronic, obstinate, inaesthetic and gives severe harm to patients, families and societies. In this paper, in order to select inhibitive TCMs(traditional Chinese medicines), we select representative strains to research, and discuss a new drug sensitivity test model of filamentous fungi.1. First of all, we study the biological features of six nail fungi, including of morphological configuration, tolerance of temperature and tolerance of pH.2. Secondly, we discuss a new drug sensitivity test model of filamentous fungi. This is a simple and fast drug selection model.3. Thirdly, we select forty-two inhibitive TCMs, which were proved by other fungi, and adopt solid agar dilution method and the new drug sensitivity test method of filamentous fungi. The antifungal agents were extracted from TCMs by boiled water and ethanol. The result shows ethanol extraction from 8 TCMs exhibited potent antifungal activity, and boiled water extraction from 7 TCMs exhibited potent antifungal activity.4. At last, according to the results of inhibitive single TCM test, we select potent antifungal activity TCMs to make Chinese herbal medicine mixture. 1.2. groups, the antifungal agents were extracted by boiled water; 3.4. groups, the antifungal agents were extracted by ethanol; 5.6.7.8 groups are mixture of boiled water and ethanol antifungal agents. The results show that the 2 group is better than others.
