The Diagnostic Evalue Of Fiberobronchoscopy Exam To Atelectasis Etiopathogenisis

Objective: To understand further the evalue and practice of fiberobronchoscopy and its adjunctive method to atelectasis etiopathogenisis. Method: 70 cases with atelectasis confirmed by X-rays and CT were examined by fiberobronchoscopy, Mealwhile, analyze their cause of disease,the feature of fiberbronchoscopy and location, age. Result: (1) in younger subjects(<45age), the major cause of atelectasis was inflammation, tuberculosis,while in older patients (>45age), lung cancer was the main etiopa- thogenisis (2) The incidence of atelectasis in right middle lobes of lung was the highest,and its major cause was inflammation,tumor was the main cause in remaining atelectasis.(3) among 70 cases, 62 cases were confirmed by fiberobronchoscopy (87.5%).30 cases were confirmed by X-rays and CT(42.8).both had significant differences (p<0.05). Conclusion: the exam of fiberobronchoscopy is the most important method to atelectasis, and can instruct the therapy of atelectasis, so the patients with atelectasis should be examined with fiberobronchoscopy as early as possible to rule out its nature.
