Study On Medicine Law Of Proscriptions For Orthopedics-traumatology In The Tang-Song Dynasty

The composing principle of formulae is the distillation of formulae theory, and it is also one of the focal points of formulae research. It is beneficial for finding such a formula right for the diseases through the deep study of a series of formulae for one kind of diseases and what's more, it would make sense in directing the clinic using of formulae as well as increasing the clinical effect. With the help of computer, the study of the composing principle of formulae will get strong technical support. The composing principle of orthopedics-traumatology formulae was explored through summarizing literature and analyzing database statistic results.The dissertation is composed of three parts.The first part is literature summary. It is the history of orthopedics-traumatology formulae. This part was needed for the continued study.The second part is statistic results and the analysis of the results. The database of Tang and Song dynastic orthopedics-traumatology formulae was set up, and analyzed the Chinese medicine's use frequency, sort, four-qi, five-wei and meridian. And what's more, clustering analysis was done by using the SPSS 11.5 software.The third part is discussion. This part analyzed and discussed the statistic results. And the composing principle of Tang and Song dynastic orthopedics-traumatology formulae provided a set of composing formula and using medicine way referential for the clinic treatments.The findings as follows: The nature of medicine was mostly warm property, hot; The channel-tropism of medicine was mostly liver, spleen, kidney; The functions of these medicine were mainly focused on promoting blood curculation by removing blood stasis and tonics.
