The Analysis Of Syndrome Treatment And Medication Rule Of Depression Of Multi-Dimensional Syndrome Differentiation Based On The Theory Of Depression Pathology In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Through the comparative analysis of the disease characteristics of modern medical depression and the symptoms of depression in Chinese medical literature,we know that the degree of coincidence between them is very high,and it has good clinical applicability to treat depression according to the theory of depression in TCM,Therefore,it is feasible to study the syndrome treatment and prescription rules of depression from the perspective of depression.This subject intends to break through the traditional thinking that the main pathological change is gan qi bu shu,Initially construct the multi-dimensional syndrome differentiation and treatment of depression and clarify its etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment method.Under the guidance of the tutor's multi-dimensional syndrome differentiation and treatment thinking,the association rules of prescription drugs for the treatment of different types of the disease were analyzed,and the experience of drugs use were summarized,so that can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of depression.Methods:1.Through the combination of computer and manual retrieval,Chinese medical code software,CNKI,wanfang database,VIP,CBM and relevant ancient and modern literature materials collected in the library of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed to summarize the origin of depression in traditional Chinese medicine and summarize its etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment methods.2.According to the disease characteristics of depression,the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment based on syndrome differentiation were re-examined.With the help of the application of psychological emotion pulse method in the diagnosis of depression,the multidimensional treatment based on syndrome differentiationwas constructed to summarize the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of the disease by the tutor.3.Using data mining technology,SPSS Modeler 18.0 software and Apriori algorithm,to analyse tutor,s prescriptions of five common syndromes of depression-gan qi kui xu?sheng fa wu li;xin yang bu zhen?shen ji wei dun;fei xu gan yu?hun po bu lian;qi xue kui xu?shen qi qie ruo;shen yang shuai bei?yi zhi bu jian with association rules under the guidance of multi-dimensional syndrome differentiation and treatment,explore the law of medication.Results:1.In the multidimensional syndrome differentiation and treatment system of depression,its etiology is complex.In addition to the traditional internal injury of emotions and the abnormal causes of innate endowment,it also includes the invasion of external pathogens,the dysfunction of zang-fu organs,the generation of qi,blood and body fluid,the disorder of compress and improper diet.The key to pathogenesis lies in dereliction of duty of the five internal organs and the misuse of the magic machine.Such as xin qi kui xu,shen shi suo yang;xin
