AIDS High Risk Behaviour Surveillance And Comparison Of Men Who Have Sex With Men (MSM) Of Different Identity Role

Background and objective: AIDS/ HIV has become serious hygiene problem in the world .The prevalence of AIDS/ HIV is becoming severe day by day in china .MSM is one of three populations with AIDS/ HIV high risk behavior confirmed in international researches .Another two populations are female sex workers and injecting drug users .HIV prevalence in MSM community of china has a direct influence on the epidemic status of the society .At present ,there are a lot of blanks in the relevant study on MSM in china . This article is trying to probe more profound factors of AIDS/ HIVepidemic among MSM who act as different role in having sex with men , and therefore confirms intervention strategies targeting at various individuals and subgroups by analyzing the data got from questionnaires of MSM.Methods: Target sampling is adopted to obtain a sample Behaviour survillence and comparison of MSM with different role in having sex with men is made by analyzing the result of anonymous questionnaire survey on 1389 MSM.Results : Among 3 groups of MSM with differents role in having sex with men ,in the previous 6 months the strange male partners of only acting as female are more than only acting as male and unable fixable role (P<0.05)and(p<0.01), the total passive anal intercourse partners of only acting as female are more than only acting as male role and unable fixable role (both P<0.05) and (p<0.01), the total passive anal intercourse partners of unable fixable role are more than only acting as male (P<0.05).the total initiative anal intercourse partners of only acting as male are more than only acting as female and unable fixable role (both P<0.05), the total initiative anal intercourse partners of unable fixable role are more than only acting as female (P<0.05)In the previous 6 months, Among 3 groups of MSM with differents role in having sex with men,the difference of oral intercourse and intercourse with other region partners accepting strange sex partners same sex commercial service and engaging sex work are not statistically significant(P>0.05)In the last insertion intercourse , Among 3 groups of MSM with differents role in having sex with men,in the most situation the frequency of using condom of unable fixablerole are more than only acting as male and only acting as female(both P<0.05). the difference of using condom commencing or increasing condom to avoid infection of HIV are not statistically significant(P>0.05).Among 3 groups of MSM with differents role, the difference of age beginning intercourse with male or with female are not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the cause of MSM with differents role in having sex with men who have not testedabout HIV ,choosing healthy partners of only acting as male is highest in the three groups(P<0.05), only acting as male think that the possibility of HIV infection is higher thanother groups (p<0.01).always using condom only acting as male is highest in the threegroups (PO.05), In the previous 6 months, accepting sex abuse of only acting as femaleis more than other two groups (P<0.05> ? In the previous 6 months, MSM of unable fixablerole who have inserted partners anal with fist or palm is higher than other two groups(P<0.05) .Among 3 groups of MSM with differents role,the rate of marriage with women of only acting as female are less than only acting as male and unable fixable role (both P<0.05). the rate of intercourse with women only acting as female are less than only acting as male and unable fixable role (both PO.05).Conclusion :A proportion of MSM in china is very active in sexual activities .the main HIV/AIDS high risk behavior of them includes multiple partners ,unprotected anal /oral intercourse ,and anal /oral intercourse by seldom using condom .there are both same and difference in the behavioral of MSM with differents role in having sex with men. In order to prompt MSM reduce or change high risk behavior effectively and control HIV/AIDS prevalence among MSM as well as the whole society effectively ,different and concrete HIV/AIDS preventive measures must be made according to the status of differents role in having sex with men.
