Background and Objective: MSM mainly contains gay, male bisexual, male transsexual and heterosexual, who are one of the three populations with AIDS high risk behavior confirmed in international researchers , the prevalence of the STD/HIV/AIDS among MSM will directly influence the spreading in our society. Both AIDS and STD mainly infected by sex, they have the same high risk population and prevent measure, STD can promote the spreading of the HIV. So it was necessary to have a deep research on the relationship between high risk behavior and STD, by this way, we can provide effective measures to prevent STD/HIV/AIDS.Method: Target sample was adopted to obtain a sample. Surveying 1389 MSM through anonymous questionnaire and Urine anti-HIV test in Shenyang, Dalian, Qingdao, Xian , Nanjing and Chongqing city. The date was statisticed by SPSS 11.0.Results: The male sexual partner, oral intercourse partner, anal intercourse partner and strange sexual partner of STD group was more than non-STD group in the previous six months (P<0.01) .The STD incidence of MSM whose sexual partner have less sexual partner was lower than MSM whose sexual partner had more sexual partner (P<0. 01) .Those who meet sexual partner in homosexual stage had high STD incidence than those who meet sexual partner in internet (P<0. 01) .Those who have single fixed sexual partner had low STD incidence than those who have no ingle fixed sexual partner (P< 0. 05) .STD group had more female sexual partner than Non-STD group in previous six months (P< 0. 05). Those who have separated with there wife had high STD incidence than those who still have sexual behavior with their wife (P< 0. 05). Those who had oral sexual behavior, anal sexual behavior, boughtsex, received money for sex, had intercourse with stranger in public place, have intercourse with stranger in othir city, took part in group sex had high STD incidence than those who have no such behavior in previous six months (/>< 0. 01) . Those who had suffered from suicide and drug abuse had high STD incidence than those who had no such experience (P<0. 05) .Those who fixed their sexual partner had low STD incidence than those who increase the using of condom, examine their partner' s health condition and penis before intercourse, ejaculated out of body and reduce anal intercourse CP<0. 05) . Those who reduced their sexual partner had low STD incidence than those who increased the use of condom and examined partner' s penis before intercourse (P<0. 05) .Those who always use condom in anal intercourse and received money for sex had low sexual incidence than those can' t use condom every time in previous six months.(/*< 0. 05) .Those who think using condom will let their partner believe he infected STD had high STD incidence than those who think infection was doomed, using of condom was disadvantage to their relationship, think they are fixed with their partner, think don' t use of condom-during intercourse will have more pleasure, never think of using condom, dislike of using condom(/?< 0. 05orO. 01) .Conclusion: MSM who experience unprotected anal intercourse, oral intercourse , multiple sexual partner, have sex with stranger, Suicide and drug abuse had high STD incidence. Meeting sexual partner in gay place and internet was the main infecting approach. The effective STD/HIV/AIDS prevent measure are keep a fixed partner and using condom everytime. We should set down detail STD/HIV/AIDS prevent measure based on the relationship between high risk behavior and STD, by this way, we can control the spreading of STD/HIV/AIDS in our society.
