Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a disease thathappens only when pregnancies.The pathy-physiology mechanism ofthis disease is complex.This disease threatens the health of thewomen and newborns severely,and is the main cause of the death ofthose.Insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ is an important member inInsulin-like growth factor system.It can stimulate the composition ofDNA and karyokinetic, guide differentiation,but it is decided to thephrase of the differentiation and the existence of other growth factorsand hormones. It can stimulate the metabolism of sugar,fat ,protein and carbohydrate,inhibit the resolvion of fat,promote themultiplication and differentiation.It is an important regulatory factorfor the infiltration of trophocyte.What's more,this factor can relaxblood vessel,participate to regulate blood pressure.Recent study hasindicated:the serum level of IGF-Ⅰ in the patient of hypertensivedisorder complicating pregnancy is much lower than the healthypregnant women,and the level of the factor is correlated to thedegree of this disease.This provides us a new way to study the causeof this disease and the diagnosis ,prognosis.We detect the level ofIGF-Ⅰ in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancywomen ,measure the weight of the neonate,and compare with thenormal control in order to approach the relationship between thelevel of IGF-Ⅰ and the nosogenesis ,prognosis of this disease.Object:To approach the relationship of serum level of IGF-Ⅰand the cause,development,prognosis of hypertensive disordercomplicating pregnancy.Method:The serum from 16 normal controls ,18 gestationalhypertension patients ,16 pre-eclampsia(mild) patients and 14pre-eclampsia(serious)patients. The blood is taken from ulnar veinbefore delivering.After centrifugalization we have 64 serum andmeasure the level of IGF-Ⅰ in ELISA kit.Together we record theweight of the newborn.Statistical method is used to analyses theoutcome among the groups.Results:The mean serum level of IGF-Ⅰ in hypertensivedisorder complicating pregnancy patients(190.55±37.39ug/l) ismuch lower than normal controls(308.70 ± 13.68ug/l),and thedifference is significant(t=12.312,p<0.05);the serum level of IGF-Ⅰ in different degree of hypertensive disorder complicatingpregnancy patients is different(t=6.751;6.165 , p<0.05)anddecreases gradually in gestational hypertension,pre-eclampsia(mild),pre-eclampsia(serious)women;the weight ofnewborn of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancypatients is much lower than the normal controls(p<0.05),thedifference among different groups is significant(p<0.05), theneonatal weight of pre-eclampsia(serious) is lowest;the serum levelof IGF-Ⅰ and the weight of newborn has positive correlation(r=0.974,p<0.05).Conclusion:Ⅰ.The serum level of IGF-Ⅰ in hypertensive disordercomplicating pregnancy patients is much lower than the normalcontrols,this hints that the decrease level of IGF-Ⅰ hasrelationship with the cause of the disease,this provides a new basisfor the diagnose of the disease.2. The serum level of IGF-Ⅰ in different degree ofhypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients isdifferent,this hint that the level of IGF-Ⅰ can react the condition ofthe disease,then provide us a basis for the prognosis of the disease.3. The weight of newborn of hypertensive disordercomplicating pregnancy patients is much lower than the normalcontrols, and has positive correlation with the serum level of IGF-Ⅰ,this hints that IGF-Ⅰ plays part in the growth of foetal.4.Detecting IGF-Ⅰ level has extensive clinical applicationalperspect,it provide us a new way to study the diagnose,prognose andtreatment,perhaps we can increase the level of IGF-Ⅰ to healhypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy .
