ObjectivesIn recent years, the people with gestational hypertension disease(HDCP) has increased rapidly, especially preeclampsia pregnant women, which becomes one of the causes of the death and morbidity in pregnant with lying-in woman and parental infant. Studying the expression levels of the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and serotonin(5- HT) in patients with gestational hypertension disease and normal pregnant women in the peripheral blood might help to find the sensitive index to reflect the level of the gestational hypertension disease pathological changes. Discussing its relationship with pregnancy-induced hypertension disease could provid theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and therapy for the prevention of HDCP. Methods1.Choose 50 patients with gestational hypertension disease whose age was 23 to 35 in central people’s hospital of Teng zhou City in November 2012- October 2013 as the experimental group, including 30 cases of the gestational hypertension group, and 20 cases of preeclampsia group. Select 52 cases of the normal pregnantcy whose age was 24 to 37 during the same period as the control group, which were excluded pathological obstetric complications and other diseases such as placenta previa, placental abruption, premature rupture of membranes, etc.2.Double antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) was used to detect the expression level of VEGF and 5- HT in the peripheral blood of the control and experimental group.3.Using SPSS statistics software to analyze variance and mean comparison. T test was analyzed between the two groups. The level correlationship of the VEGF and serotonin(5- HT) was generated by using Pearson correlation analysis, and the inspection level is a=0.05, difference was statistically significant.(P <0.05)Result1. The expression level of VEGF in patients with gestational hypertension disease was much lower than normal pregnant women, which was statistically significant.2.The expression level of VEGF in patients with gestational hypertension disease was significantly lower than the preeclampsia group, which was statistically significant.3. As gestational hypertension disease worsened, the expression level of VEGF l showed a down trend, which was statistically significant.4. The expression level of 5-HT in patients with gestational hypertension disease was significantly higher than the normal pregnant women, which was statistically significant.5. The expression level of 5-HT in the preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that in patients with gestational hypertension disease, which was statistically significant.6. The expression levels of VEGF in gestational hypertension disease group were negatively correlated and had no obvious correlationship within normal pregnancy group.High performance liquid chromatography- electrochemical detection(HPLC-ECD) method to detect peripheral control group and the experimental group of 5-HT. Conclutions1. 5-HT and VEGF has close relationships with gestational hypertension disease, especially the preeclampsia.2.The VEGF plays a positive role in maintaining normal pregnancy and fetal development process.3. 5-HT has a certain correlationship with gestational hypertension disease.4. A significant reduction of VEGF level in maternal blood after pregnancy may be an important factor of the pathogenesis of gestational hypertension disease.5. VEGF and 5- HT can reflect the dynamic changes of the illness, and might could play an important role in guiding treatment and predicting the prognosis of gestational hypertension disease.
