Objective: The vascular endothelium which covered endovascular could produce, activate and release some kinds of vascular activator, which could effect the systolic-diastolic function of the vascular. When going older and under the cooperation of all kinds of cardiovascular dangerous elements, the function of vascular endothelium was damaged, which produced the inflammation of vascular, aggregation of inflammatory cyte and the release of the cytokines and inflammatory immediator. The increased inflammatory cytokines could accelerate the vascular smooth muscle proliferation and the sediment of matrix. The compliance of the vascular was descreased , the peripheral resistance was increased. The high blood pressure increased the damage of the angioendothelium by aggravating the shearing force of the vascular . Hypertension accelerated the release of inflammatory cyte by time-pressure method .when the inflammatory reaction was enlarged , the anti-inflammatory reaction started, which could inhibit the inflammatory damage to the body.
