Objective: To investigate the urine concentration of MCP-1 in patients with IgAN and their relationships with clinical materials and pathologic characteristics. Methods: The urine concentration of MCP-1 in 50 patients with IgAN and in 38 healthy persons were measured by ELISA. The possible relationship between MCP-1 and clinical materials and pathologic characteristics were also analyzed by multi-factors analysis.Results:1. The urine concentration of MCP-1 in patients with IgAN(123.47±18.56 pg/ml) was higher than of healthy persons (20.74±3.73pg/ml).2. The urine concentration of MCP-1 in gradeⅢ(175.87±47.79 pg/ml) and in gradeⅣandⅤ(159.38±46.01pg/ml) were higher than gradeⅠ(76.67±12.39 pg/ml) and gradeⅡ(89.35±24.44 pg/ml).3. The urine concentration of MCP-1 in severe TIL (365.93±82.46 pg/ml) and in moderate TIL (116.13±11.97 pg/ml) were higher than without TIL (44.83±12.38 pg/ml) and mild TIL (55.82±8.40 pg/ml).4. There was positive correlation between the urine concentration of MCP-1 in patients with IgAN and 24h urine protein (r=0.795), TIL (r=0.683), Scr (r=0.420); there was negatively correlation between the urine concentration of MCP-1 in patients with IgAN and Ccr (r=-0.447); but there was not correlation between the urine concentration of MCP-1 in patients with IgAN and...
