| Objective We use radioactive ray to irradiate SD rats, Observing the detriment of the radioactive ray to rat's retina blood capillary, investigating the mechanism of the radiation retinopathy onset.Methods 45 male Spregue-Dawley(SD) rats model were made by 60Co dioative-ray and randomly divided into normal control group, 3 month group and 6 month group of dioative-ray rats. Each group has 15 rats.5% pentobarbital haven been given by intraperitoneal of every rat.(0.8ml/100g).After paralysing, putting them into irradiation tooting (self-made foam plastics can).The body surface out of irradiated wild have lead block shielded after ailgmenting and paratoping .The radiation field of 6*6mm was situated in the center of the cephalops, got out of the oral cavity. The 10Gy array: radiation wild:6*6mm,radiation cumulative time: 23min20s; The 30Gy array: radiation wild:6*6mm,radiation cumulative time: 69min30s;(Time: 2min19s/Gy/mm).If time has been passed after the irradiation of 1m,3m,6m.Put the rats to death of every groups: 10Gy,30Gy,normal ones(each group:5).The bulbar conjunctiva has been tagged by 5/0'S thread in the eyeball of 12hours place. Dissociating conjunctiva and muscle, shearing the cranial nerve ,taking out of the eyeball, putting the left and right eyeball into 10% formalin 48～72 hours. Removaling protomerite,crystalline,corpotisvitre blow the Operating microscope. Inegativing cutting the sclera of hemispheric with retinal which has been marked in 12,3,6,9hours。Remaining discus opticus.
