The Clinic Curative Effective Observement Of Using Enrich-kidney To Treat The Abnormal Semen With AsAb Masculine Or Hoist

Objective: Observe the clinic curative effect of using enrich-kidney to treat the abnormal semen with AsAb masculine or hoist, and try to search more effective treatment about the male immune sterility .Method: Select 50 patients who have abnormal semen with AsAb masculine or hoist for this research;treat all patients with Chinese traditional medicine of enrich-kidney;to all patients, examine their semen with CASA, and qualitatively or quantitatively examine their semen with ELEESA. Deal with all datd using SPSS 11.0 , to enumerative data, dispose with binomial distributing' s theory.Effect: In 9 months period of treatment, 9 patients' serum AsAb have turned negtive or failed to more 1/2 than before, in the moment their semen general have turned up to snuff;13 patients' serum AsAb have failed to 1/3-1/2 than before, in the moment their semen general have obviously ameliorated;5 patients haven' t obviously ameliorated. In the moment, I finded that the period of treatment was longer, the curative effect was better, but the course of diseases was longer the curative effect was worse, and its curative effect it' s almost same with the congener report.Conclution: Treat semen abnormality with AsAb masculine or hoist with enrich-kidney, its curative effect it' s almost same with the congener report. We shoud improve on the treatment and medicine.
