| Purpose:The test aims at observing clinical effect of curing kidney deficiency type male sterility by Tonifying Kidney Sperm Decoction and further proves trueness of curative effort by animal experiment so as to find an effective route for curing male sterility and to further sopply powerful evidence for its clinical application expansion.Method(referring to WHO):Clinical diagnosis standard is prepared by referring to sterile Husband and Wife Examination and Diagnosis Manual. 90 patients with kidney deficiency type male sterility are divided into two groups, curing group has 60 patientss and comparing group has 30 patients. Curing group uses Tonifying Kidney Sperm Decoction for curing;comparing group uses Tonifying Kidney Pill for curing. Two groups are made clinical observation before and after curing separately, change situations such as sperm quantity, sperm density, sperm livability and sperm vitality before and after curing are examined, then compartive analysis of two groups is made, one month is one period of treatment, the best suitable type of Tonifying Kidney Sperm Decotion is understood.
