Clinical Curative Effect Of Guishen Huoxue Tiaojing Tang On Hypomenorrhea Which Appear After Induced Abortion

[Objective]Hypomenorrhea which means normal menstral cycles, the quantity of menses obviously decrease compare to ordinary case, or menses shorter than 2 dsys, and with little quantity. It's generally accepted that the quantity of mense fewer than 30ml is considered to be hypomenorrhea. There are many reasons leading to hypomanorrhea. Induced abortion after operation is one of the reason. It's a familiar difficult desease in clinical gynaecology. Because of the destruction to the uterus endometrium, hypomenorrhea not noly makes hard to become pregnant, but also makes germ cell hard to put in and grow up. So that hypomenorrhea after induced abortion is a desease threatened procreation of human. We are looking for a kind of valid method that have the actively clinical meaning and social meanings.Literature study of western and traditional medicine to hypomenorrhea is unclear nowadays. Professor Tao Lili based on her clinical experience, considered that Kidney-deficiency and Gore is an importance pathogeng and mechanism of hypomenorrhea due to induced abortion. Primarily using Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating therapy. The famous traditional expert in GuangDong province Professor Zhang Yuzhen created Guishen Huoxue Tiaojing Tang. Bring it to bear proved to be very effective in clinic. From the view of modern medicine, induced abortion could damnify endometrium and affect the uterus endometrium artery blood flow, ultimately leading to hypomenorrhea. So the key of therapy of hypomenorrhea due to induced abortion probably depend on improving the uterus endometrium artery blood flow, one of the ways is using Asipring. The research aims to evaluate the therapeutic effects of Guishen Huoxue Tiaojing Tang on hypomenorrhea which appear after induced abortion. These studies were performed under the direction of Professor Tao Lili.[Methods]All cases were from the 1st Affiliated Hospital, Guangzhou University of TCMand Guangzhou First Municipal People's Hospital, from January 2004 to Apile 2006. Cases were sieved according to diagnostic, internalize and depletion criteria. Totally have 56 case in all, TCM group concluded 28 patients and Aspirin group concluded 28 patients, the treatment carry through 3 months. The therapeutic effects were evaluated through comparing the difference of menstruate^ FSH % LH , PRL^ Estradiol (E2) > Progesterone(P) ^ Basal Body Temperature (BBTX side-effects of drugs between before and after treatment, between group TCM and group Aspirin. [Results]1. Kidney-deficiency and Gore is an importance pathogeng and mechanism of hypomenorrhea due to induced abortion, we can treat this disease by using Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating therapy or Aspirin. Results: In group TCM, remarkable effects were got in 11 cases (39.29%);relative improvements in 13 cases (46. 43%) and no effect in other 4 cases (14. 29%). In group Aspirin, remarkable effects were got in 7 cases (25.00%);relative improvements in 9 cases(32.14%) and no effect in other 12 cases (42.86%). Menstruate were all meliorated in group TCM and group Aspirin , and Guishen Huoxue Tiaojing Tang had an advantage over Aspirin (P<0.05).2. The FSH> LH> PRL> Estradiol(E2K Progesterone (P) of the 56 patients in the two group showed within normal limits range. FSH> LH> PRL> Estradiol (E2) of early follicular phase and Progesterone(P) of mid-luteal phase before and after treatment had not significant difficant between group TCM and group Aspirin(P>0.05).3. Group TCM showed no side-effects of drugs in this investigation, and the same time group Aspirin showed side-effects of drugs on 6 patients.[Conclusion]1. Kidney-deficiency and Gore is an importance pathogeng and mechanism of hypomenorrhea, which caused by induced abortion.2. Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating therapy an importance treatment of hypomenorrhea , which caused by induced abortion. Menstruate were meliorated by the treated of Guishen Huoxue Tiaojing Tang could well.3. The FSH> LH> PRU Estradiol (E2K Progesterone (P) had no change in group TCM and group Aspirin.4. Group TCM showed no side-effects of drugs in this investigation, it showedthat it is safe to use Guishen Huoxue Tiaojing Tang to treat hypomenorrhea, which caused by induced abortion...
