It is also explore the mechanism.of the treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy, and provide scientific basis to develop valid therapeutics and medication to prevention and cure Diabetic Nephropathy.Objective:Explor the curative effect and advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine on treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy belong to lesser yi'nby modified Zhenwu decoction.Methods:Clinical reaserch:Divide 61 patients who match the clinic period of Diabetic Nephropathy into treatment group and comparison group randomly. 31 patients who is in treatment group is treated with modified Zhenwu decoction, 30 patients who is in comparison group is treated with Capoten. The period of the treatment and observation is 8 weeks. Compare the different of symptoms, blood glucose, kidney function, blood fats and blood pressure before and after treatment. Experiment research: Make the rats to develop Diabetes Mellitus by streptozotocin(STZ), divide the rats into the group treated with modified Zheneu decoction, the group treated with Capoten, the group of model blank and the group of normal comparison. Test blood glucose, kidney function and etc. Separately after 8 weeks stomach filled treatment.Results:The valid rate of modified Zhenwu decoction is 87.10%, the valid rate of comparison group is 63.33%, the difference of the two groups is significant (R0. 05);it has a significant difference (K0. 01 or K0. 05) after treated with modefied Zhenwu decoction in lower fasting blood glucose(FBG), blood glucose 2 hours post breakfast(PBG), glycosylated hemoglobin Alc(HbAlc), 24 hours urinary protein(Upro), serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), cholesterol(CHOL), triglyceride(TG), apolipoprptein B(ApoB), systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP), and increase endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and apolipoprptein A(ApoA);compared with comparison group, it has a sinificant different (K0. 01 or K0. 05) in improve clinical symptoms, lower PBG, HbAlc, Upro, CHOL, TG, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and increase HDL-C;and it has the same effection ( P > 0.05 ) of lower FBG, Scr, BUN, ApoB, SBP, DBP, and increase Ccr and ApoA. Expariment research indicates that modefied Zhenwu decoction has a significant effect (K0. 05 or K0. 01) on lower FBG, HbAlc, reduce Scr, BUN, Upro and increase Ccr of rat.Conclusion:Modified Zhenwu decoction is propitious to promot clinical symptoms, protect renal function, reduce protein of urine,improve blood fats level and lower blood pressure of Diabetic Nephropathy of lesser yin disease. It also defer and prevent the development and depravation of Diabetic Nephropathy. As is shown above, Traditional Chinese Medicine has a preferable advantage in treating Diabetic Nephropathy.
