Objective: Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) also is named vascular permeability factor, which is one of the important angiogenesis factors and mainly produced by vascular endothelial cells. VEGF is a high degree mitogen specifically for vascular endothelial cells, which play the important role in stimulating new angiogenesis and growing and remaining the tunicvasculosa,s integrate and permeability, and is found in last few years. Pregnancy is dependent on enough blood and angiogenesis from implantation to forming placenta. The expression of VEGF and its receptors in fetus and placenta is strong in pregnancy. VEGF play the important role in fertilization, imbed, placenta angiogenesis and embryo growing. Successful pregnancy is dependent on implantation of the blastocyst into the endometrium. Angiogenesis may have a key role in implantation, which are necessary for implantation, as well as for maintenance of pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy (EP) is one of the acute abdomens that are often encountered in the field of gynecology and obstetrics. The incidence of ectopic pregnancy is increasing and has doubled in the last 20 years. It is now the second most common cause of maternal death in the first trimester of pregnancy.
