Objective: Schwann cells and basal lamina tubes play very important roles in anxon regeneration after peripheral nerve injury. SCs, a type of neurogliocyte of peripheral nerve system, has mainly made contribution in neurotropicizing. They can guide and promote the anxon regeneration. At the same time, the basal lamina tubes give a tridimensional scaffold to prop up SCs and guide the axon regeneration. For the fetus rabbit of 28 days conceptus age, the tissue of embryo doesn't possess integrity characteristic of biology and the system of immunity doesn't grow mature. It depends on the environment of autoeciousness so the reaction of exclude won't occur remarkably. We cultured SCs from fetus rabbit peripheral never not only can avoid the limitation of autogenous nerve and the damage came from obtaining them, but also refrain from the immune reaction after cell transplantation. Recently, more and more scholars found that the"chemical extraction"method could remove the schwann cells and myelin sheaths in peripheral nerve effectively relieving the antigenicity of nerve allografts. So, this developed a new method to make substitute of nerve autograft. The extracted nerve grafts (eNG) remain its...
