Study Of Intervention Effect Of Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine On Dendritic Cells In Peripheral Blood In Psoriasis Vulgaris In Vitro

Objective:The role of T lymphocyte in psoriasis has been known widespread,but the pathogenesis of psoriasis didn't known clearly in this today. Dendritic cell (DC) is the beginning of immune response in the body, it have the critical function in the immunity. Now we known DC was the only antigen presenting cell(APC) which could stimulate T lymphocyte. DC could started the immune response by antigenic stimulation and costimulatory signal . Recently study found the amount and the capability of antigen presentation of DC were all raised in the damage skin of psoriasis, so people think DC was the main factor to stimulate T lymphocyte in psoriasis.Psoriasis vulgaris can be divide into three type on the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome: heat in blood sign, blood stasis sign, blood dryness sign. There have very good effect to cure psoriasis vulgaris by compound Traditional Chinese medicine in clinical .If DC was effected when psoriasis vulgaris was cured by compound Traditional Chinese medicine ,the study about it very little.This study is to investigate the pathogenesis of DC in psoriasis...
