Objective:Osteoporosis is a kind of disease with decreasing of bone mass, degenerating of microcosmic structure, increasing of bone's brittleness and fracture. There are two kinds of osteoporosis in general: original contracted osteoporosis and contracted osteoporosis due to other diseases. There are two types of the first kind: post-menopausal osteoporosis (â… ) and aging osteoporosis (â…¡). post-menopausal osteoporosis is familiar in original contracted osteoporosis. Because of the severe menace to people's life, prevention and therapy of osteoporosis become a hard task for us.The occurring of Osteoporosis is because of abnormity metabolism of bone .bone remodeling is the form of metabolism of mature bone. The process of bone remodeling includes the activation of osteoclasts, starting of bone absorbing, activation of osteoblasts and bone forming. Osteoblasts are main functional cells of bone formation, in charge of synthesis, secretion and mineralization of bone matrix.
