Objective: As one of the three malignant tumors which endanger women's health commonly in the female genital tract, the endometrial carcinoma has been on an increase in recent years due to the wide use of the hormone replacement therapy. The sustained effect of the estrogen on the endometrium is the main cause for the disease. The polygenic inheritance contributes to that, too. However, its mechanism of morbidity is still not completely illustrated because most researchers limit their researches to the possible mechanism of the carrier hormone and its recipient, the proto-oncogene family, and the tumor-suppressing gene family in its mobility. Recently, the telomere-telomerase mechanism becomes a new focus in the research of tumors. By catalyzing the synthesis of telomere, telomerase can keep the length of the telomere to maintain the cell fissionability. Its activation is closely related to the cell proliferation, the cell aging, and the cell differentiation, infiltration, and transferability. Human Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase (hTERT) genes are the most important catalytic subunit to decide the telomerase activation. According to the most researchers, the telomerase of 95% endometrial carcinoma...
