Objective: Tumor suppressor p53, which is found in 1979, has the highest correlation with the human tumors. Wide-type p53 plays an important role in regulating cell growth and inhibiting tumor development. Recently, two homologues of p53, calls p63 and p73, have been identified. Many studies showed that the structures of the p63 and p73 genes were similar to p53 and both of them had overlapping as well as distinct biological functions. 14-3-3σis the only isoform in 14-3-3 family, which can be induced after DNA damage. As a cell cycle inhibitor, 14-3-3σcan promote the G2/M arrest, which can suppress the cell growth. In this research, many methods were used to research the expression of p73αand 14-3-3σin different p53 types breast cancer cell lines and the regulation between p73αand 14-3-3σ. The aim is to find the effect of p73αand 14-3-3σin cell proliferation and the correlation between p73αand 14-3-3σ.Methods: In this research, we chose p53-wide type human breast cancer MCF-7 cell line, p53-mutant human breast cancer MDA-MB-453, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-436 cell lines, p53-deficient human breast cancer...
